Website orderingStencils-r-us hosts this website on a secure server that enables credit and debit card information to be entered safely.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit or debit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise. Alternatively you can always call us where we can take payment over the phone, or pay via PAYPAL
Please allow an additional 7-12 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.
Return / Refund Policy
A. Our product is making a stencil. Sadly we cannot make the coffee for you. Because good results depends upon the customers ability to make a cappuccino with some nice fine froth, we cannot refund customers who find themselves unable to use the stencil for whatever reason.
B. For bespoke stencils, by agreeing for us to proceed, having seen a photo or graphic of the finished stencil, you agree the finished stencil is satisfactory for your purposes.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods then send the item(s)back in their original packaging unused to us for a full product refund, (refund on carriage is discretionary). Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 7 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. Refunds on carriage are not normally given if the products are returned for reasons such as, customer not present to receive goods; products are as described but customer changes their mind after delivery; goods damaged or used. This list is not exhaustive.
Delivery Information
We will despatch your order within 24 hours of it being placed subject to, stock levels, company closure and bank holidays. If there is going to be a delay for any reason WE WILL CONTACT YOU. Items can be delivered on our next working day service as long as they are ordered before 12:00 hours (mon - fri). IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR GOODS WITHIN 7 DAYS, PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL US. IF WE HAVE NOT HEARD FROM YOU BY DAY 21 AFTER ORDER, WE DO NOT OFFER RE-SENDING OR REFUNDS BASED ON NON-DELIVERY AFTER THIS TIME. Our standard shipping method normally takes 3-5 working days (mon - fri). We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force and Fedex for our mainland UK standard deliveries. Orders sent for next day delivery will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order. If you are not in, Royal Mail or the Courier may put a card through the letterbox in which case you may have to collect or rearrange redelivery as per instructions on the card. If the item is returned to us by Royal Mail or Courier due to incorrect address or if you have not rearranged delivery, we reserve the right to recharge the delivery cost if you want the item to be resent to you.
Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.
UK non-Mainland deliveries:
We can ship to all non-mainland UK addresses, although depending upon weight these may attract a higher shipping rate. For example if you live in Northern Ireland, some items can be dispatched at normal Royal Mail rates, where as heavier items would be shipped using a courier who themselves charge more for carriage. Please phone us on 023 8022 6215 for up to date carriage charges.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS If you live outside the UK or wish to have a delivery to a non-UK address, please choose the appropriate shipping option in the payment screen. International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Signed for Service.
Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
VAT
Stencils-r-us is not registered for VAT and therefore VAT is not added to any of the prices. This benefits those people who cannot reclaim VAT (e.g. individuals). Companies who would normally claim back the VAT are not disadvantaged as Vat is not added in the first place. International business customers are not disadvantaged for the same reason. Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
